The Opportunity
We’re seeking a confident, driven Business Development Manager to support expansion across Europe and the Americas. You’ll build relationships in the mining, metals, and precious metals sectors, generate new business, and promote tailored services with professionalism and energy.

You know how to spot opportunity, build trust, and close deals. With insight into the mining and metals industries, you’ll connect with key stakeholders and offer bespoke solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events
- Build strong networks in mining, metals, and precious metals sectors
- Generate leads through site visits, outreach, and face-to-face engagement
- Travel regularly with the Sales Director to support international growth
- Present tailored service offerings with clarity and commercial insight
- Maintain a proactive, resilient attitude in client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years in business development or senior sales (B2B services preferred)
- Proven success generating new business through networking and meetings
- Experience using trade shows and events as lead generation channels
- Willingness to travel every 2–3 months (initially with Sales Director)
- Confident communicator with a proactive, target-driven mindset
