A well-established property consultancy is looking for a Building Surveyor to join its Liverpool office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a couple of years' experience post-graduation who is keen to continue developing their career with structured training, professional support, and exposure to a wide variety of projects.

The Role

As a Building Surveyor, you will:

  • Carry out building surveys, condition assessments, and compliance inspections
  • Support refurbishment and development projects through all stages
  • Assist with feasibility studies, funding applications, and cost assessments
  • Work alongside experienced surveyors, architects, and project managers
  • Build confidence in client-facing situations while being mentored by senior staff

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 1-4 years' experience in building surveying (graduate or assistant level candidates encouraged to apply)
  • Is working towards APC / MRICS qualification (full support will be provided)
  • Demonstrates strong technical knowledge and a willingness to learn
  • Communicates clearly and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
  • Has a proactive, professional approach to problem-solving
