Engaging confidently with customers to understand their needs and close sales

Consistently hitting and exceeding personal and team sales targets

Keeping the showroom visually inspiring and well-presented
What we offer:

£24,500 basic salary

Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £50,000+

High performers currently earning £60,000+

Full product and sales training, plus clear development pathways

A proven track record in sales, ideally within a retail or customer-facing environment
