Electrical Supervisor
Salary 42,588+ OT
DACS Ltd is a provider of electrical control solutions predominantly in the automotive sector. DACS design, manufacture, instal and maintain a range of high-performance automation and electrical systems throughout the UK and Europe.
Due to significant growth DACS are looking for Electrical Supervisors, based in Merseyside.
Role requirements: -
Ensure compliance with H&S and other relevant regulations and legislation.
Overseeing electrical projects and ensuring successful completion of tasks
Assist in planning the priorities and tasks for the team.
Carrying out the assigned specialised work to the relevant standards, using materials, equipment, and resources as appropriate.
Operating and checking specialist equipment.
Supervising team to carry out work to ensure projects are being delivered on time.
Compiling, collating, maintain and checking records.
Responding to any incidents and problems that could be encountered.
Reporting into management.
Recording and resolving breakdowns and deficiencies
Liaise with management meetings.
Qualifications
Hold a relevant electrical installation qualification i.e. C&G/NVQ
18th edition wiring regulations
Inspection and testing 2391
Familiarity with EPLAN drawings
Demonstrated history of installing controls systems
Experience in a supervisory capacity
Experience within asupervisory role.
Experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley/Rockwell, Schneider, Siemens, or equivalent).
Experience with HMI/SCADA software (Wonderware, Factory Talk View, or equivalent).
Demonstrated expertise in control system design, development, and maintenance.
Excellent knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus or equivalent).
Familiarity Eplan or otherelectricaldesign software.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate ideas and solutions effectively.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
