Site Manager £competitive Liverpool Do you want to work on large £30 million project? Are you wanting to progress YOUR site management career? My client is a leading developer contractor that, due to several large projects wins are looking for an Site Manager. The Site manager they are looking for will have worked for a main building contractor or developer. My client has several multi-million-pound residential high-rise schemes, that they are looking to strengthen their Site management teams on. You will have worked as an Site Manager part of the Site management team delivering any schemes over 10million. As a Site manager you will be responsible to manage all teams of trades of labour on large fast-moving projects. Ensuring all site activity is running to the strictest health and safety standards. You will have experience delivering large design and build schemes running from conception through to completion. With a proven track record of successful delivery, projects finishing to time and to budget. You will have experience of finishing and internals on large scale construction projects. My client has projects from £50million through to £30million, that require site managers with strong finishing experience. Those candidates with a joinery background would be of particular interest. To be considered you must hold the following: A valid CSCS CardA valid SMSTS CardFirst AidThose who have CIOB or NVQ qualifications would have a distinct advantage. My client is looking for candidates with a stable working history who are looking for longevity in a position.
