Location: Liverpool Contract Type: TemporaryHourly Rate: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour Working Pattern: Full Time 35 hours per week - Hybrid

Are you passionate about building safety and compliance? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Building Safety Administrator to join our clients team on a temporary basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of building safety records and documentation.
  • Support the Building Safety team in maintaining compliance with regulations and standards.
  • organise and manage safety inspections and audits, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including contractors, residents, and regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to building safety matters.
  • Maintain and update databases and filing systems relevant to building safety documentation.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the building safety or construction industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
