Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions (freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build).
- Provide clear advice and updates to clients throughout the process.
- Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and third parties.
- Ensure all files and work are compliant with regulatory and firm standard
Requirements
- Must have previous experience in conveyancing (licensed or unlicensed).
- Ability to handle a caseload independently, with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and client care focus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Salary will be dependant on experience – we are open to applications from junior conveyancers through to highly experienced fee-earners.
