LFUK are looking for an experienced Trainer to join their clients team in Speke.

Monday to Friday - Perm from Day One

  • Creation of online content and online training delivery

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions in first aid, mental health first aid, and other related areas to a diverse range of clients across the UK.
  • Adapt training delivery to meet the specific needs of different client groups, ensuring that all participants achieve the desired competencies.
  • Ensure that all training content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with current best practices and legal requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored training solutions.
  • Provide post-training support and guidance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to develop training packages and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the client training programs.
  • Develop new training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, in collaboration with the training development team.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in first aid, mental health first aid, and training methodologies.
  • Ensure all training is delivered in compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback.
  • Provide regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with other trainers and staff members to share knowledge, resources, and best practices.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the training department.
