The Role:
As our Recruitment and Resourcing Adviser, youll be the engine behind our talent acquisition efforts. Youll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, support recruiting managers, and ensure we provide an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordination and management of the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Supporting with the development of talent pipelines to aid succession planning
- Liaison with recruitment managers to understand recruitment needs and develop appropriate Role Profiles
- Provision regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics and KPIs
- Support equity, diversity and inclusion objectives within recruitment practices
The Person:
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a recruitment or resourcing role, either in-house or agency.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media for recruitment.
- Knowledge of employment law and best practices in recruitment and selection.
