The Role:

As our Recruitment and Resourcing Adviser, youll be the engine behind our talent acquisition efforts. Youll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, support recruiting managers, and ensure we provide an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination and management of the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Supporting with the development of talent pipelines to aid succession planning
  • Liaison with recruitment managers to understand recruitment needs and develop appropriate Role Profiles
  • Provision regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics and KPIs
  • Support equity, diversity and inclusion objectives within recruitment practices

The Person:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment or resourcing role, either in-house or agency.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media for recruitment.
  • Knowledge of employment law and best practices in recruitment and selection.
