Resourcery Group are supporting a large, pretigious city centre business to find a temporary credit controller to join the existing accounts team.

The Role:As a Credit Controller, you will play a key part in maintaining the company’s financial health by ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in credit control who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and collect debts from a diverse client portfolio
  • Monitor aged debt reports and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with the existing financial policies and procedures
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to the Finance Manager

The successful Credit Controller will have:

  • Proven experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar finance role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Availability to start promptly and commit to the full duration of the contract
