Monday – Saturday – Hours between 7am and 11pm (shift rota)

The Role

The overall purpose of the role is to provide world-class customer experiences while supporting a new multi-purpose 4x4 brand. You will deliver personalised, inspiring, and professional service across multiple channels to truly bring the brand to life.

Key responsibilities include:

-Providing personalised and inspiring customer experiences through a ‘sales through service’ approach via phone, email, chat and potentially social media.
-Engaging with customers to gain a full personal understanding of their requirements.
-Supporting customers across the entire customer journey with an expanding scope of services.
-Managing customer interactions involving stakeholders from the partner network.
-Developing a deep understanding of vehicles, services, and their benefits for customers’ work, adventure, and outdoor lifestyle.
-Ensuring personal KPIs and service level agreements are achieved.
-Providing feedback to support continuous process improvements.

The Candidate

You will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

-Significant experience of working in a customer service environment, ideally within the automotive industry.
-A passion for 4x4 alongside a customer-centric mindset.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong ability to tailor information to customer needs.
-Good listening, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
-Quality focused with strong attention to detail.
-A genuine interest in the campaign brand.
-Ability to build rapport and empathise with customers.
-Comfortable working in a dynamic, start-up style environment with changing processes.
-Team player with a proactive approach and ownership of customer issues.
-Experience with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
-Flexibility to work operational hours, including weekends.
