Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor seeking a flexible, part-time opportunity (20 hours per week) on a fixed-term contract?

We’re looking for passionate and skilled individuals to join our Customer Experience Team on a three-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension depending on business needs.

This is an agile role, meaning you’ll primarily work from home. However, you must live within a commutable distance to Knowsley to attend occasional in-person training sessions, team meetings, or other business requirements.

Your Role:

  • Handling all incoming and follow-up contact from customers with enquiries or service requests
  • Promoting a customer-first culture while maintaining service levels and quality standards
  • Acting as the first point of contact via phone, email, webchat, and Facebook
  • Resolving customer enquiries efficiently and professionally, delivering exceptional service
  • Accurately inputting and managing customer data across various IT systems, working towards service level targets

What We Need from You.

  • Proven experience in a customer service environment
  • Confidence using computerised database system
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Experience in a call/service centre for a social housing setting is desirable but not essential
  • A proactive, empathetic approach with excellent communication skills
