* Operate and maintain effluent treatment plant, ensuring environmental compliance
* Manage chemical stocks and schedule by-product collections
* Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, boilers, compressors, refrigeration systems
* Conduct fire safety checks, Legionella flushing, and maintain compliance records
* Support health & safety standards and promote continuous improvement
Qualifications
*NVQ/C&G in relevant discipline (wastewater/environmental management advantageous)
* Experience in Site Services, Utilities, or Facilities
* Basic mechanical and electrical maintenance skills
* Strong problem-solving ability and proactive approach
* Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance
