Prestigious opportunity with a Global market Leader for a Product Owner for our Document Management Solutions. Dedicated to a pioneering technology team, we are inviting you to join our success story. This is a hybrid role based in our Liverpool office 2-3 days a week.
As our Product Owner for iManage, you will be responsible for:-
- Acting as the SME for iManage DMS
- Ensuring the iManage product delivers maximum value to the business, enabling document lifecycle efficiency across the organisation
- Owning the vendor relationships, including performance management
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the product roadmaps and relevant features, and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals
- Developing a sound knowledge of application integration points to support interoperability across systems
If you possess a combination of some of the following skills, then LETS TALK!
- Experience as a Product Owner and lifecycle management for iManage DMS
- Product management expertise - roadmap alignment and stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions
- Vendor and contract management - managing SLAs and escalations and relationships
- Stakeholder Management
- Driving user adoption and developing user training
- Understanding of governance and security considerations relevant to document and knowledge management systems
- Familiar with integration concepts, APIs and reporting tools such as PowerBI
