About the Role:
  • Supporting teachers across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

  • Working one-to-one or with small groups of children to support learning and development

  • Assisting with classroom activities, behaviour management, and lesson delivery

  • Helping pupils with additional needs to access the curriculum

  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and positive learning environment

Who we are looking For:
  • A graduate (education/psychology related degrees preferred but not essential)

  • A passion for working with children and making a difference

  • A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience working with children (in any capacity) is highly desirable
