HRGO are recruiting a Helpdesk Operative for our client based in Speke.
Pay: 12.65 p/h
Shifts: Monday - Friday 6am-2pm
- please note, after several weeks of training and learning the job, you will move onto Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm shift pattern with a pay increase.
We are looking for individuls who are:
- Comfortable on a computer
- Confident answering calls and speaking on phone
- Literate with Microsoft office, especially excel.
- Ability to learn and use other software systems.
- Good communicator
- Ability to plan and prioritise
- Able to work with minimal supervision and self-motivate (once trained).
Previous customer service experience would be advantageous.
