What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who is:

Nurse qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD) – NMC PIN required

Experienced in managing nursing homes, with a strong understanding of compliance, clinical governance, and person-centred care

Able to demonstrate a proven track record of successful home management, including positive inspection results and consistent occupancy

A confident leader who can motivate and inspire teams

Passionate about delivering outstanding care and enhancing the lives of residents
