We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join a leading data centre building services consultancy in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed electrical designs using Revit or AutoCAD software
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of design solutions
- Produce technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Ensure designs meet relevant industry standards and regulations
- Review and approve design calculations, documentation, and reports
- Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Participate in design reviews and assist in problem-solving during the project lifecycle
- Proven experience in electrical design engineering
- Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and building services
- Experience working on data centre projects (essential)
- Hybrid working model (2-3 days per week from home)
- Temp-to-perm contract with potential for permanent employment
