Job Title: Fire and Security Engineer
Location: Liverpool and surrounding areas
Salary: 35,000 - 42,000 (DOE)

We're working on behalf of a well-established client in the fire and security industry who is currently looking to add an experienced Fire and Security Engineer to their team, covering Liverpool and the surrounding areas.
The Role:
As a Fire and Security Engineer, you'll be responsible for the installation, service, and maintenance of a variety of systems, including fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control. You'll be covering commercial and residential sites, ensuring systems are working efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing, servicing, and maintaining fire alarm and security systems
- Diagnosing and resolving system faults
- Completing routine inspections and testing
- Providing clear, professional communication with clients on site
- Accurately completing job reports and relevant documentation
- Adhering to health & safety and industry regulations
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar fire and security role
- Strong knowledge of systems such as Texecom, Hikvision, Paxton, or Honeywell
- Familiarity with British Standards (e.g., BS5839)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- ECS/CSCS card (preferred)
- A self-motivated and proactive approach
