What Were Looking ForA positive, energetic personality and passion for hospitality
Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong people management and team leadership skills
Knowledge of stock control, inventory, and financial operations
A flexible and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment
A commitment to delivering high standards of food safety, health & safety, and internal audits
Supporting day-to-day operations of the restaurant
