People Solutions is hiring Production Operatives for a well-established client in Liverpool, Merseyside, with a rotating shift schedule of 4 days and 4 nights from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
The role offers competitive pay rates starting at £12.72 for the first 12 weeks, increasing to £15.26 thereafter, with night shifts starting at £14.02 and rising to £16.00 after 12 weeks.
Candidates are expected to perform various duties on a busy production floor, including using industrial machinery, loading and unloading products, and maintaining product quality.
Essential skills include being hardworking, a team player, punctual, reliable, and eager to learn, while prior experience as a Production Operative is desirable but not mandatory.
This position provides opportunities for temporary to permanent employment, overtime, and ongoing training, with no fees charged to candidates during the recruitment process.

PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

Shift: WORKING 4 DAYS AND 4 NIGHTS ROTATING 6.00AM - 6.00PM / 6.00PM - 6.00AM

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our well-established client based in Liverpool, Merseyside.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.

Pay Rates:

£12.72 for first 12 weeks
£15.26 after 12 weeks

Night shifts:

£14.02 for first 12 weeks
£16.00 after 12 weeks

Day to Day Duties:

Working in a range of sections across a busy production floor including compression, liquid injection, and assembly
Working independently towards targets for the day
Using industrial machinery to manufacture products
Loading and unloading products from machines
Review and maintenance of product quality and condition
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times

As a Production Operative, it is essential that you are:

Desirable Experience

Experience working as a Production Operative is an advantage
