Role Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead audits from scoping to final review across a varied portfolio
  • Review working papers, provide feedback, and guide junior colleagues
  • Manage client communication, attending meetings and helping present solutions
  • Help streamline internal audit processes and contribute to improving quality standards
  • Support business development, tender submissions, and proposals
  • Begin to build and take ownership of your own portfolio of clients

Candidate Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with strong audit experience within practice
  • In-depth technical knowledge of UK GAAP, with IFRS experience being advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to manage audits and deliver excellent client service
  • Comfortable providing guidance to more junior team members and reviewing their work
  • Proactive, well-organised, and keen to contribute ideas and improvements
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative approach and desire to lead
