Role Responsibilities
- Plan and lead audits from scoping to final review across a varied portfolio
- Review working papers, provide feedback, and guide junior colleagues
- Manage client communication, attending meetings and helping present solutions
- Help streamline internal audit processes and contribute to improving quality standards
- Support business development, tender submissions, and proposals
- Begin to build and take ownership of your own portfolio of clients

Candidate Requirements- ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with strong audit experience within practice
- In-depth technical knowledge of UK GAAP, with IFRS experience being advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage audits and deliver excellent client service
- Comfortable providing guidance to more junior team members and reviewing their work
- Proactive, well-organised, and keen to contribute ideas and improvements
- Strong communicator with a collaborative approach and desire to lead
- £50,000 to £60,000 per annum
