School Finance & Operations Manager, Liverpool, £50k (temp hourly rate c£28 p/h)
Adele Carr Recruitment have the pleasure of working exclusively with a wonderful school in the Liverpool area, they are seeking a skilled Finance & Operations Manager temporarily to cover an interim period. You will take the lead in managing budgets, finance systems, and day-to-day operations across three growing school sites.
This is a really hands on, strategic role where you'll:

Shape and manage budgets, ensuring value for money.

Oversee operations including facilities, compliance, and estates.

Lead and develop non-teaching staff, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

Provide financial insight and support to senior leaders and governors.

Ensure smooth, safe, and effective day-to-day running of our schools.
