About the Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a crucial role in driving performance through insightful analysis, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder relationships. You'll work closely with operational and commercial teams, providing financial guidance to influence decision-making and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight and challenge
  • Prepare and present monthly financial performance reports
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for your business areas
  • Support strategic initiatives with financial modelling and scenario analysis
  • Identify risks and opportunities, improving financial awareness across departments
  • Drive efficiencies and support continuous improvement projects
About You:
  • Studying towards accountancy qualification with strong commercial acumen
  • Proven experience in a business partnering or commercial finance role
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Highly analytical with strong Excel skills (experience with BI tools is a plus)
  • Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about driving business success
