An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified or finalist Finance Business Partner to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This hands-on role spans across management accounting, budgeting, and financial insight, supporting strategic decisions through meaningful data analysis.

This role is perfect for someone who is keen to be involved and influencial in a brilliant business. The role offers exposure and visibility throughout the wider business and reports into a proven Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis and insightful commentary.

  • Deliver financial performance reports to internal stakeholders.

  • Support and guide budget holders with financial planning and analysis.

  • Lead budget and forecasting processes.

  • Provide financial modelling and appraisals for new projects and initiatives.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and support resource optimisation.

  • Continuously improve financial processes and systems.

Person Specification:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

  • Strong management accounting experience.

  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Excel and financial software.

  • Energetic, hands-on, and adaptable with a proactive mindset.
