We're working exclusively with a highly respected business to find a talented Finance Modeller to join their finance team. It's a great opportunity offering an exciting blend of data analysis, financial modelling and stakeholder collaboration - all within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. It's the perfect role for someone who enjoy's making sense of numbers and turning data into something meaningful.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
  • Analyse large sets of financial data, providing clear, actionable insights to senior leaders
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI
  • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to help inform business strategy
  • Collaborate with departments across the organisation to ensure accurate, timely financial information
  • Support internal audit and compliance processes
  • Deliver training and guidance to non-finance colleagues, helping them interpret and utilise financial data

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience in financial modelling and data analysis, ideally in a complex organisation
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential; Power BI and/or other data visualisation tools are highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
  • A proactive mindset
