Liverpool, Merseyside (Office-based or hybrid work from home)

Full time, permanent
£50,000 - £150,000 + OTE (Uncapped)
Ideally self employed with uncapped earning potential (salary plus fee split option available for the right candidate)

The Role

As an Independent Financial Adviser, you'll offer bespoke, ethical financial advice across a broad range of services, helping clients secure their financial futures.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored advice on investments, pensions, protection, tax planning, and estate planning
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Analyse client information and collaborate with internal teams to prepare suitability reports
Manage your diary, workflow, and business development activities
Stay updated on financial products, legislation, and maintain strong technical knowledge

The Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial professional who thrives on delivering exceptional client service and is eager to play a meaningful role in a growing business. About you:

Chartered Financial Planner (Level 6) preferred; minimum Diploma Level 4 qualified and actively working toward Chartered status (study costs covered)
Proven track record in delivering outstanding client service
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Tech-savvy with keen attention to detail
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset
