Salary: £13.00/£14.00 plus holiday pay
Shift Pattern:
Rotating shifts – applicants must be flexible to work across all patterns:
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
- 22:00 – 06:00
Aspion are seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver with a valid Counterbalance Licence to join a busy warehouse team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe movement, loading, and unloading of goods, ensuring that warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, move, and stack goods and materials as required.
- Conduct daily equipment checks and report any faults or damage.
- Work closely with the warehouse and production teams to ensure accurate order picking and stock control.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company procedures.
- Support general warehouse duties when required.
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).
- Proven experience operating a Counterbalance FLT in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of health & safety procedures.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
- Flexible and willing to work a rotating shift pattern (days, afternoons, and nights).
- Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic.
