Salary: £13.00/£14.00 plus holiday pay 

Shift Pattern:

Rotating shifts – applicants must be flexible to work across all patterns:

• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00
• 22:00 – 06:00

Aspion are seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver with a valid Counterbalance Licence to join a busy warehouse team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe movement, loading, and unloading of goods, ensuring that warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, and stack goods and materials as required.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and report any faults or damage.
• Work closely with the warehouse and production teams to ensure accurate order picking and stock control.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company procedures.
• Support general warehouse duties when required.

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).
• Proven experience operating a Counterbalance FLT in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
• Flexible and willing to work a rotating shift pattern (days, afternoons, and nights).
• Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic.
