A well-established property developer is seeking an experienced Aftercare Manager to oversee the post-completion phase of newly completed residential and mixed-use developments.

This role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction, managing defect resolution, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after project completion.
  • Manage and coordinate the resolution of defects and snagging issues.
  • Develop and implement aftercare processes to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Conduct post-completion inspections and follow-up visits.
  • Maintain accurate records of all aftercare activities, including client communications and remedial works.
  • Provide feedback to the construction and project teams to help refine future projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar aftercare/ defects manager role on residential or commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and building regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a proactive approach to issue resolution, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
