You will be a qualifiedsolicitorwith a solid background in handling medical negligence matters.
You will be given responsibility from the outset for your own portfolio of litigated clinical negligence claims and often complex claims includingobstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology and psychiatric care.
Alongside managing your own caseload you'll also assist on high value claims alongside a very experienced partner.
