Term: Full Time & Part Time
Pay: £110 - £130 a day
More information: We are seeking an aspiring education professionals to support Southport secondary schools as a Cover Supervisor on a flexible contract. The role is to cover a class teacher across the school in a variety of subjects from Maths, English, Business to PE.
The role of a Cover Supervisor is to ensure that the lessons set by the absent teacher get completed to the best of each student's ability and that students are engaged with the work set. You will complete a register to start and make any notes on the school's management system throughout the lesson.
You will have a daily responsibility to cover different members of staff and work closely with senior leadership within the school.
This role is ideal for a graduate considering a career in teaching.
To be considered for this role, we will need -
- Ideally experience working with secondary aged children either in a paid or a voluntary capacity
- Proof of Right to Work, this could be your Passport or Birth Certificate.
- A CV that covers 10 years of education or employment.
- A fully enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to process one with us.
