Do you have a passion for supporting young children in their early learning journey?Desian Education is recruiting a nurturing and proactive Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Fazakerley, starting in September 2025.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a play-based environment and is dedicated to giving children the best possible start in life.
Your Role Will Include:-
Supporting learning through play and structured activities

Assisting with phonics, early literacy, and numeracy development

Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

Supporting children’s personal, social, and emotional development
-
Working collaboratively with the class teacher and Early Years staff

Providing feedback on children’s progress and behaviour
-
A minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare, Early Years, or equivalent

Experience working with children in a nursery or Early Years setting

A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach

Good communication and teamwork skills

An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
