About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join a leading main contractor operating across the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on major projects ranging from £30m to £90m, with multiple live schemes currently underway.
As an EHS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and driving best practices across all sites. You’ll have direct involvement at board level, influencing strategic decisions and shaping the company’s safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee EHS compliance across multiple large-scale construction projects.
- Develop and implement robust health, safety, and environmental strategies.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and attend board-level meetings.
- Provide leadership and guidance to site teams to maintain high safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an EHS Manager within a main contractor environment.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
