They will be carrying out voids works in Liverpool/ St Helens/ Warrington on a 5 year frameworks with multiple HA (housing Association) clients.
Voids = Refurb and maintenance works in unoccupied properties ensuring the property is returned back to a lettable condition this could be a kitchen refit, bathroom refit, tiling, door hanging, joinery works etc
