Serious Injury Deputy Team Leader – Liverpool
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within one of Liverpool’s leading Serious Injury practices. Renowned for its exceptional reputation in high-value personal injury work, the firm is now looking to appoint a Deputy Team Leader (Solicitor) to join its dedicated Serious Injury department.
This multifaceted role involves:
- Managing a caseload of Serious Injury claims valued up to £100,000, from instruction to resolution
- Supervising junior staff and supporting their development
- Acting as a key support to the Team Leader and stepping in when required
You will bring 2–6 years’ PQE in Serious Injury work, gained within a respected team and will have proven experience in staff supervision or team management.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor seeking career progression within a friendly, stable and expanding department.
