Sonic Summary

The Telesales Advisor position is a remote, full-time role with a base salary of £24.5k and an on-target earning (OTE) potential of £30.5-33k.
Candidates are expected to have at least 12 months of experience in targeted phone sales and a quiet working environment at home.
The role involves making 50 to 60 outbound calls daily and achieving sales targets of 3 to 6 sales per day.
Successful candidates will receive excellent induction training, ongoing development, and various incentives, including prizes and discounted products.
The job offers 25 days of holidays plus bank holidays, with no weekend work required and the latest working hours being until 19:00.

Ensure you’re meeting compliance expectations with every process.

Required skills and experience:

12 months experience of targeted phone sales
A quiet place to work at home.
Be comfortable with remote working.
The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
