- A qualified Solicitor with solid experience in Court of Protection – Property & Affairs matters
- Comfortable handling a busy and varied caseload involving deputyship applications, ongoing deputyship administration, statutory wills, and complex financial management
- Confident working with vulnerable individuals, their families, local authorities, and other professionals in a sensitive and professional manner
- Able to work autonomously at a senior level, as well as contribute to the team’s continued growth and mentoring junior team members
- A competitive salary up to £70,000, depending on experience
- 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Hybrid working – only 2 days per week required in the office
