Senior Court of Protection SolicitorLiverpool (Hybrid)Up to £70,000An award-winning Legal 500 firm based in Liverpool is looking to expand its specialist Court of Protection (Property & Affairs) team with the addition of a Senior Solicitor. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced legal professional to take the next step in their career with a top-tier practice known for its exceptional standards, collaborative culture, and quality client work.This team has a long-standing reputation for handling complex, sensitive matters relating to property and financial affairs for clients who lack mental capacity.The ideal candidate will be:
  • A qualified Solicitor with solid experience in Court of Protection – Property & Affairs matters
  • Comfortable handling a busy and varied caseload involving deputyship applications, ongoing deputyship administration, statutory wills, and complex financial management
  • Confident working with vulnerable individuals, their families, local authorities, and other professionals in a sensitive and professional manner
  • Able to work autonomously at a senior level, as well as contribute to the team’s continued growth and mentoring junior team members
