Adecco is recruiting an experienced Administrator to join our client's Experience Team. This is a key role supporting the delivery of high-quality administrative services within a busy and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will support clerical staff, coordinate departmental projects, and act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, policy compliance, and effective communication across teams.
Type of role: Temporary (4 weeks)
Location: Liverpool
Pay rate: 15-16 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front line support across the department, ensuring a professional and responsive service.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of clerical staff, including task delegation and workflow planning.
- Advise the Team Leader on the organisation and improvement of administrative functions.
- Manage specific areas of administration, ensuring policy awareness and compliance.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Assist with departmental reviews, training needs analysis, and system usage
- Prepare reports, compile materials for publications, and support document production.
- Maintain office coverage during staff absences and provide cross-team support when needed.
- Produce and interpret management information to support decision-making.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a administrative role, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
- Strong organisational and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using administrative systems and software tools.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
