About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our dedicated team at a well-established nursing home in Liverpool. This is a key leadership position, responsible for supporting the Home Manager in delivering exceptional clinical care and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and best practice standards.

The role involves a combination of hands-on clinical work (3 days per week) and protected supernumerary time (1 day per week) to focus on leadership, audits, staff development, and care planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the clinical team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
Support with the development and implementation of individualised care plans.
Oversee medication management and clinical risk assessments.
Monitor and maintain compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory bodies.
Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to nursing and care staff.
Participate in staff training, development, and performance reviews.
Assist the Home Manager with audits, safeguarding, and care governance.

Requirements:
Valid NMC PIN (Registered Nurse – RGN or RMN).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a care home setting, preferably in a senior role.
Strong clinical knowledge and up-to-date nursing practices.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
