We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team in Liverpool. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Manager in the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing high-quality care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Manager in the overall management and supervision of the care teamEnsure that all care services are delivered in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standardsAssist in the recruitment, training, and development of care staffConduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and support to staffMonitor and maintain the quality of care provided, identifying any areas for improvement and implementing necessary changesManage and maintain accurate records, including care plans, risk assessments, and staff schedulesLiaise with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that their care needs are being metParticipate in on-call duties as requiredSupport the Manager in budget management and ensure that all financial targets are metPromote a positive and inclusive working environment for all staffRequirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a care management roleNVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualificationKnowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, such as CQC standardsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent organisational and time-management skillsProficient in using computer systems and softwareFlexible to work on a rota basis, including evenings and weekendsMust have uk driving licenseWe Offer:
