Health & Safety Advisor Liverpool | £300 per day | 6 Month Contract (Inside IR35)
The Situation:Ford & Stanley Interim are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a dynamic team in Liverpool, supporting a heavy industry environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive professional with a strong background in engineering or industrial operations to make a real impact.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the completion and review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for engineering works
- Provide coaching and support to production teams, supervisors, and technical staff.
- Promote and maintain high standards of health & safety awareness across site.
- Ensure best practices are followed and embedded into daily operations.
- Work independently to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a heavy industry setting (e.g manufacturing, engineering)
- NEBOSH General Certificate (Highly desirable)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work autonomously and influence safety culture positively
