I C Talent is partnering with a highly regarded high school in Liverpool to recruit a skilled and motivated Engineering Teacher
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher with a passion for Engineering and technical education to play a key role in delivering high-quality learning across Key Stages 3 to 5.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and challenging Engineering lessons to students across KS3–KS5, in line with the national curriculum and relevant qualification frameworks (e.g. GCSE, BTEC, A Level).

Deliver high-quality teaching and learning that inspires, motivates, and challenges students of all abilities.

Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, ensuring that all learners are supported to achieve their full potential.

Contribute to curriculum development and the continued growth of the Engineering department.

Maintain up-to-date subject knowledge and pedagogy, incorporating current industry standards and practices.

Play an active role in departmental meetings, school initiatives, and wider professional development.
Person Specification
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a closely related subject.

A strong track record of successful teaching in Engineering, ideally across KS3–KS5.

Excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to high academic standards.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.

The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
