Teachwise is currently looking for an experienced teaching assistant to work at a secondaryschool in the Liverpoolarea.
The role is due to start on 12th Januaryand is offered on anongoing basis.
The position will involve working with and supporting secondarypupils on a 1-1 and small group basis. Pupils have a variety of SEND including autism &ADHD.
Previous experience working at secondarylevel and with pupils with SEND is required.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as ateaching assistant
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport
- Excellent engagement skills
- Previous experience working with pupils with autism/ ADHD
- A patient and calm demeanour
- Hold right to work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
