What we're looking for:
- Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting (voluntary or paid)
- A caring, patient, and proactive attitude towards supporting pupils' learning and wellbeing
- The ability to work effectively as part of a classroom team
- Adaptability and confidence to work across different year groups and settings
- A genuine passion for helping children reach their potential
- The ability to provide two professional references
- Have, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check
