We’re partnering with a well-regarded and established organisation in Liverpool to recruit an experienced HR Shared Services Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven HR professional to lead a high-performing shared services team through a critical period of transformation and service delivery.

The Role

As the HR Shared Services Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR shared services function, ensuring consistent delivery of efficient, high-quality support. You’ll lead a team focused on service excellence, process improvement, and continuous development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead daily operations within the HR Shared Services team
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR administrative and operational services
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, driving improvements where needed
  • Support the development and enhancement of HR systems and digital processes
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement
  • Promote a customer-first mindset across all HR service delivery touchpoints

  • Proven experience in HR operations within a shared services setting
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, tools, and administrative processes
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
