This is an exciting opportunity for a driven HR professional to lead a high-performing shared services team through a critical period of transformation and service delivery.
The Role
As the HR Shared Services Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR shared services function, ensuring consistent delivery of efficient, high-quality support. You’ll lead a team focused on service excellence, process improvement, and continuous development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead daily operations within the HR Shared Services team
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR administrative and operational services
- Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, driving improvements where needed
- Support the development and enhancement of HR systems and digital processes
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement
- Promote a customer-first mindset across all HR service delivery touchpoints
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in HR operations within a shared services setting
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, tools, and administrative processes
- Demonstrated leadership and team development experience
- Performance-focused, with a drive for operational excellence and service quality
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
