Role OverviewI'm looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client ASAP to support during a busy period and assist with the implementation of new HR processes. This is a hands-on role covering the full employee lifecycle, HR admin, and day-to-day support for managers and staff. If you're organised, CIPD qualified, and ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment, I'd love to hear from you.
As HR Advisor, you'll support all HR operations - providing guidance on HR policies, managing employee lifecycle administration, and contributing to HR projects and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide HR advice to staff and managers

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

Maintain HRIS and employee records

Track holidays, absences, and lieu time

Manage HR correspondence and documentation

Coordinate training, benefits, and pension admin

Assist with payroll and HR reporting

Support audits, minute-taking, and HR projects
-
CIPD qualified (Level 3 minimum)

Proven HR advisory experience in a busy environment

Strong knowledge of UK employment law

Excellent communication and organisational skills

HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency.
