Role Overview

I'm looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our client ASAP to support during a busy period and assist with the implementation of new HR processes. This is a hands-on role covering the full employee lifecycle, HR admin, and day-to-day support for managers and staff. If you're organised, CIPD qualified, and ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment, I'd love to hear from you.

As HR Advisor, you'll support all HR operations - providing guidance on HR policies, managing employee lifecycle administration, and contributing to HR projects and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice to staff and managers

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

  • Maintain HRIS and employee records

  • Track holidays, absences, and lieu time

  • Manage HR correspondence and documentation

  • Coordinate training, benefits, and pension admin

  • Assist with payroll and HR reporting

  • Support audits, minute-taking, and HR projects

Key Skills & Experience
  • CIPD qualified (Level 3 minimum)

  • Proven HR advisory experience in a busy environment

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency.
