As a People Partner, you'll act as a key advisor and hands-on support across the business, with responsibilities including:

Providing expert advice on HR matters including employment law, pay, terms and conditions, and policy guidance.

Leading on employee relations cases - from investigations to formal procedures - ensuring fair, consistent outcomes.

Supporting absence management, including Occupational Health referrals and sickness review meetings.

Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: advertising, coordinating interviews, handling pre-employment checks, and issuing contracts.

Ensuring employee data and records are accurate and GDPR-compliant.

Taking ownership of a specialist HR area, offering insight and leadership to colleagues.

Enhancing the employee experience through inductions, engagement initiatives, and strategic HR projects.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Proven experience in an HR advisory or generalist role, with strong expertise in employee relations.

Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice.

Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build strong relationships at all levels.

Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
