What You'll Do:- Offer support to customers and clients on the phone- Helping take orders from customers and ordering equipment - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.- Collaborate with teams to deliver smooth IT implementations.- Provide exceptional customer support and technical advice.
Key Skills & Experience:- Solid experience in desktop implementations (Windows/macOS).- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software.- Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud solutions.- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.- Experience with supporting and administering Networks - Previous experience in an MSP environment (Desirable).
Location: Liverpool Work Pattern: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday (Hybrid) Salary: £25k-£28k DOE
