An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer to join an established team covering Liverpool and the surrounding areas. This field-based position offers long-term stability, consistent work, and the chance to service some of the region’s leading commercial and industrial sites.

As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned maintenance, reactive servicing, and fault-finding of Fire Alarm Systems, Intruder Alarms, CCTV Systems, and Access Control Systems. You will ensure that all systems are fully compliant, operational, and maintained to the highest standards.

The successful Fire and Security Service Engineer will work across a range of client sites in Liverpool, providing high-quality maintenance and customer service. This role would suit someone confident working independently, with strong technical and diagnostic skills.

• Service, maintain, and repair Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder, and Access Control systems

• Carry out fault-finding and diagnostics across multiple system types and manufacturers

• Complete accurate service reports and job documentation

• Ensure all work meets current British Standards and health & safety requirements

• Provide excellent communication and customer service on every visit

• Proven experience as a Fire and Security Service Engineer

• Strong knowledge of fire and security systems and major control panel brands

• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities

• Full UK driving licence

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills

• Competitive salary (up to £36,500, depending on experience)
